$100,000 bond for man charged with sexual assault of child

handcuffsOrlando Deleon, 45 of Racine has been charged with 1st Degree Child Sex Assault – Sexual Contact with Person under Age of 13 and is being held on $100,000 cash bond after making his initial appearance in Racine Circuit Court. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for  09-10-2015.

According to the criminal complaint, Racine Police responded on August 20th for a report of a possible sexual assault. Officers spoke with the victim who told police what had happened that the victim had been blind folded and the defendant had the victim perform sexual acts on him and then gave the victim $1 and said “don’t tell anyone”. The victim was able to described the blind fold and where the defendant had gotten it from.

Investigator’s with the Racine Police Department obtained a search warrant for the defendants home and executed it on September 1,2015.  Police recovered a navy and white bandana in the kitchen and clothing articles that the victim had described.

According to the complaint, the defendant told investigator’s that during the time that the incident had supposedly taken place “he had consumed approximately 8 or 9 beer” and maintained he only told the victim to close their eyes and then stuck a spoon with applesauce in the victims mouth.
