18 year-old charged in connection with shots fired at Eagles Club

Khalia Hiler, 18 of Racine has been charged with three counts of 1st-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and one count of Possess Firearm-Adjudicated Deliquent of a Felony. He is being held on $50,000 bond after making his initial appearance in Racine Circuit Courts Thursday afternoon. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 27, 2016.

According to the criminal complaint on December 19,2015 Racine Police were dispatched to the Eagles Club located at 319 Hamilton Street, Racine, for shots fired. Upon arrivals officers spoke to a witness who stated that an argument began between some parties including the defendant. They stated that the groups went outside and the defendant pulled out a gun and fire multiple shots at 3 parties and ran off from the scene. The defendant was able to positively ID the defendant from a photo line up as the party that fired the gun.
