4th person charged in crack cocaine sales after search warrant served

crack cocaineA 4th party has been charged in connection with cocaine sales in the 1600 block of 16th Street. Timmy Oliver 53 of Racine has been charged with two counts Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (<=1g) and Maintain Drug Trafficking Place. He was given a $20,000 cash bond after making his initial appearance in Racine Circuit Courts Friday afternoon.

According to the criminal complaint during Spring of 2016 Racine Police made controlled purchases of cocaine from the defendant along with others during their course of a drug operation. On June 1st, Racine Police issued a no knock search warrant in the 1600 block of 16th Street the residence of the defendant. Upon arrival one suspect tried to flee from police after being their to buy crack cocaine (that suspect has been charged). Officers found the defendant and LaToya Bolder (charged with two counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (<=1g), Lachey Galmore charged with three counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (<=1g) Sharon D Galmore charged with two counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (<=1g) and was given a $10,000 cash bond.

The complaint reads that just prior to the search warrant being served all parties were actively distributing crack cocaine from the residence. A search of the residence resulted in several items of evidentary value. Initially the defendant denied any knowledge of crack cocaine sales but later admitted to police that he sometimes does middle sales in order to obtain it for himself.
