$50,000 bond for man accused of dealing crack cocaine.

damion gordonDamion Gordon, 48 of Racine has been charged with Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>5-15g), three counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (<=1g), and one count of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place. He was given a $50,000 cash bond after making his initial appearance in Racine Circuit Courts Thursday afternoon. His preliminary hear is scheduled for August 18th.

According to the criminal complaint, the Racine Police Department made 3 controlled purchases of crack cocaine from the defendant. On August 10th the Racine Police Department executed a search warrant at the defendants residence in the 5000 block of Graceland Blvd. Officers recovered $1639 from the residence along with two digital gram scales, 13 baggies containing crack cocaine, two other baggies of crack cocaine. The total weight was 8.9 grams. Officers also observed several photocopies of several people’s social security cards and drivers license. When questioned the defendant stated he helps clean out foreclosed residences and also had a side job where he uses a network of resources to “help clean up people’s credit”.
