51 year-old Racine man charged with maintaining drug trafficking place

Gregory J. Molinaro, 51 of Racine has been charged with two counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (<=1g), Possess GHB,GB,BDO, Ketamine, Flunitraz., Possession of Cocaine/Coca(2nd+), Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, Possess Drug Paraphernalia and three counts of felony bail jumping. He was given a $20,000 cash bond after making his initial appearance in Racine Circuit Court Thursday afternoon. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 16, 2015

According to the criminal complaint the Racine Police Department made two controlled purchases of crack cocaine from the defendant in December of 2015. On December 9th a search warrant was executed at his residence in the 1500 block of Packard Ave. A third digital scale was located in the kitchen of the residence along with a clear baggie containing .3 grams of a white substance which tested positive for cocaine, 4 ecstasy pills which tested positive for MDMA and a crack pipe in a tube with a piece of Chore Boy in one end and scorch marks on the other.

The complaint states that the defendant is currently out on bond for an open July 2014 criminal case and part of the bond conditions were he cannot possess or consume any controlled substances and that he not commit any new crimes.
