Caledonia Police arrest couple on drug charges after responding to calls for a suspicious vehicle

handcuffsSolian Dhembi of Milwaukee has been charged with Possession of Cocaine/Coca(2nd+), two counts of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Bail Jumping-Felony, and Possess Drug Paraphernalia and was given a $20,000 cash bond. Marisela Rodriguez has been charged with two counts of Possession of Narcotic Drugs,  Possession of Cocaine/Coca and Possess Drug Paraphernalia. She was given a $500 cash bond along with a $2,500 signature bond. Both have their preliminary hearings scheduled for  September 21, 2016.

According to the criminal complaint on September 13, 2016, officers with the Caledonia Police were dispatched to the 9200 block of 6 Mile Road for a welfare check,for a  vehicle  that had heavy front end damage.  Earlier during the shift an ATL was issued by the Milwaukee Police Department for a white vehicle with heavy front end damage, the vehicle fled from Milwaukee Law enforcement and allegedly exited 94 by 7 Mile Road. As officers approached the vehicle it was observed the vehicle matched the description of the attempt to locate given by Milwaukee Police.

Officers observed the male defendant slumped over the wheel of the vehicle and the female defendant in the passenger seat who stated she was pregnant and wasn’t wearing any pants. Due to the vehicle matching the description from Milwaukee Police, both parties were detained. Upon searching the vehicle officers recovered a tiny stack of metal tins, used syringes, a pill bottle containing 49 hydrocodone prescribed to another person, another bottle with over 100 various pills. Police also recovered 5 cell phones, 4 Samsung touch phones and one LG phone along with .4 grams of cocaine and two syringes containing heroin.
