Caledonia Police-Car jacking suspect still at large

CPDOn Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at approximately 6:46 pm, Caledonia Officers took a report of a car-jacking that occurred in the 8900 block of STH 38. A motorist stopped to check on a male black walking northbound on STH 38 in the 8900 block. The motorist offered to give the male a ride to Racine, WI. The male got into the vehicle with the operator. The operator was the only person in the vehicle at the time. The suspect male displayed a small gray handgun at the operator. The male told the operator to give up his wallet and get out of the car. The operator gave the suspect his wallet and got out of the vehicle. The suspect fled with the victim’s vehicle southbound on STH 38 towards the City of Racine. The victim vehicle is described as a 2014 silver Hyundai Accent with WI license plate ‪#‎582WJG‬. The suspect is described as a male black between 16-20 years old. The male was described as being 5’04” b/m, medium complexion with dreadlocks. Suspect was wearing a white “wife beater” shirt also known as an A-Shirt and dark blue jeans with a design on back pocket. The suspect remains at large and the vehicle is reported stolen at this time.
