FEMA Awards Kenosha County $1.75 Million Hazard Mitigation Grant

Kenosha, WI – Promotional material written in Spanish has been circulating around the Kenosha area regarding the sale of secondary identification cards targeted at Hispanics. “USA ID Systems” produces the cards and has “USA ID” imprinted on them. The company claims the cards can be used as secondary identification for 5 years and are valid in all 50 states. The company also says the cards can help identify someone in such places as banks, hospitals, schools, and courts. The company is based out of Green Bay and charges $40 to make a card. Read More→
