Kenosha, WI – With the start of the 2009-2010 school year approaching, the Kenosha Police Department wishes to remind motorists of parking restrictions and speed limits near schools.
Streets adjacent to schools are normally posted “No Parking, Stopping or Standing” during school hours. These parking restrictions are enforced by the Kenosha Police Department in order to reduce congestion, maintain traffic flow, and to assist students in a safe arrival and departure from school. State Board Disciplines Kenosha Nurse
Posted by: | CommentsMadison, WI – Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing (DRL) Secretary Celia Jackson announced today that Sherill L. Roediger, a registered nurse from Kenosha, recently had her license suspended indefinitely by the Board of Nursing (BON).
The Final Decision and Order, approved by the BON at its July 23, 2009 meeting, stated that an audit of Roediger’s narcotic administration was initiated after a patient complained that they had not received their narcotics as prescribed. Read More→
Emerald Ash Borer Quarantine for Brown, Kenosha Counties Coming Saturday

Madison, WI – The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection’s emergency rule to establish quarantines on materials that could transport emerald ash borer (EAB) from Brown or Kenosha counties will go into effect on Saturday, August 22, 2009. A Federal quarantine for Brown and Kenosha counties is expected to be enacted soon. Read More→
