We are sharing this from the family of Felipe “Flip” Hibarra. They have been searching and trying to spread the word on facebook. “My family and I are trying to find my brother. My mom and I tried to file a missing person report. However, We can’t file one because “he’s an adult of his on free will.” Unless there was proof of him being taken or held against his will or diagnoses of mental illness, there is nothing we or police can do. He was last confirmed seen by my mother Marian Garcia on September 7, 2015. Someone reported possibly seeing him near Sheridan and Hwy 11 at Dickies bar on 11-12-15 around 9p.m. trying to buy a soda. No farther info was given. He usually carries around a large army green duffel bag on his back and wears a light brown/tan jacket. He’s 5’7 210lbs . He usually wears a goatee. His name is Felipe Hibarra and goes by the name Flip.
If you know anything about him or his where abouts, please contact me with the information you may know. (262)752-7766 or 262-770-9197. His family just wants to make sure he’s ok and is safe.
