Kenosha man arrested in Lake Park for OWI and drug charges

mppd1On 7/20/2015 at 3:00 pm Mount Pleasant officers were dispatched to the area of STH 32 and CTH KR in response to a report of a male driver slumped over the wheel of his vehicle at the traffic light. After two light cycles the vehicle proceeded NB on STH 32.
An officer searched for the vehicle in the Lake Park neighborhood. The officer located the vehicle which was occupied by JERIMY TAYLOR, 34 from Kenosha. TAYLOR was believed to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Officers developed probable cause for TAYLOR’S arrest.

TAYLOR was arrested for:
 OWI 1st offense
 Possession of Schedule II (Felony)
 Possession of Heroin (Felony)
 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

TAYLOR was held at the Racine County jail on the above listed charges. This case was referred to the Racine County District Attorney’s Office and the Mount Pleasant Municipal Court.
