Man accused of selling drugs a day after he was released from jail


handcuffsPeter A Humphrey, 49 of Racine has been charged with two counts of Manuf/Deliver Schedule I, II Narcotics and one count of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place. He was given a $7,500 cash bond after making his initial appearance Tuesday afternoon in Racine Circuit Court. There has also been a hold placed on him from Department of Corrections.

According to the criminal complaint on November 9,2015 the defendant had been released from the Racine County Jail. On November 10,2015, the Racine County Metro Drug unit made a controlled purchase from the defendant of 20 Oxycodone hydrochloride pills.

On December 9,2015 the Racine MDU again made a purchase from the defendant of 8 Oxycodone Hydrochloride pills from the defendant.
