Munjed H Hamdan, 31 of Racine has been charged with Possess w/ Intent/Deliver Narcotics, Possess w/ Intent/Deliver Non-Narcotics, two counts of Possess/Illegally Obtained Prescription, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Possess Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense). He was given a $20,000 cash bond after appearing in Racine Circuit Court on Friday afternoon. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 29th
According to the criminal complaint, on June 16,2016 Mount Pleasant Police were dispatched to Tri City Bank inside Pick N Save at 1202 N. Green Bay reference a suspicious transaction dispatch advised that the suspect entered the bank with a “wad of bills” and exchanged them for smaller ones and then began to take notes on a brochure. The suspect repeatedly exited and entered the store numerous times and sat in his car. The caller became alarmed when the defendant returned to the bank and was wearing different clothing. They believe he may have been trying to case the bank.
Upon arrival officers observed the vehicle leaving the lot and pull into the Walgreen’s lot where the suspect quickly exited. Officers ordered him to return to his vehicle. Officers asked the defendant for an ID and the defendant multiple quest cards none of which showed ID. Due to the defendants nervousness and behavior he was asked to step out of the car. Upon patting the defendant down officers recovered an empty pill bottle from his pockets, the complaint reads.
The complaint states that the defendant refused to identify himself once detained and then provided a fake name. Officers learned his real name and once run an active warrant was discovered.

A green pipe that confirmed burnt resident of methamphetamine
4 Wisconsin Quest Cards in other people’s names
A Drivers license in another persons name
A Digital Scale

An unlabeled pill bottle containing:
160 Oxycodone 10 mg tablets
27 Alprazolam .5 mg tablets
5 Amitiza 1 mg tablets
2 Alprazolam 2 mg tablets
3 Alprazolam 1 mg tablets
1 Amphetamine/dextroamphetamine 30 mg tablet.
