Man gets arrested after firing a BB Gun and causing damage

daniel-blair Daniel Blair, 23 of Racine has been charged with two counts of Criminal Damage to Property, three counts of Bail Jumping-Misdemeanor and one count of Misd. Disorderly conduct. He was given a $250 cash bond after making his initial appearance in Racine Circuit Court on Monday, his preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 21,2016

According to the criminal complaint on September 23,2016, Racine Police responded to a shots fired call in the area of the 1200 block of North Wisconsin. Dispatched had advised that the shots were coming from a BB Gun and the caller’s window had been struck. The officer noted four different breaks which was consistent with a bb gun pellet. While speaking to the victim the officer heard additional noises which were consistent with a pellet gun being fired.

Officers were able to locate the residence where the shots were coming from and spoke with two parties. The defendant allegedly admitted to police that he had been shooting the BB Gun out the window. He was taken into custody and according to the criminal complaint appeared to intoxicated and provided a PBT which resulted in a .122

The criminal complaint states thats another victim reporter her car window being shot with a BB pellet also.
