Racine – Racine County Executive Jonathan Delagrave reminded the public today that his next monthly listening session will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in the Village of Mount Pleasant, 8811 Campus Drive, in room B114 EBE Auditorium, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
This will be the last listening session for 2016, as the Village of Waterford listening session has been moved from December 14, 2016 to January 11, 2017. The County Executive will announce the schedule for the 2017 monthly listening sessions in January.
County residents are encouraged to attend these listening sessions for the opportunity to have face-to-face conversations with the County Executive on any county-related topic. Accompanying Delagrave will be members of the County Executive’s staff and other elected officials and County Supervisors, if their schedules permit.
“These listening sessions are interesting and timely, and anyone who has questions about the County’s plans for Pritchard Park, the Racine Event Center, expansion of mental health services, or any other relevant topic, please attend my listening session next week in the Village of Mount Pleasant,” said Delagrave. “I want Racine County residents to know that I am available and accessible to listen to what’s important in their lives and to offer whatever support is possible through the county.”
Delagrave’s listening sessions are usually scheduled on the second Wednesday of the month, from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm. These days are subject to change.
