Racine County Sheriff’s Office searching for robbery suspect

The Racine County Sheriff’s Office has responded to a robbery in the Village of Rochester which occurred at approximately 11:43am as well as an attempted robbery in the Village of Waterford which occurred at approximately 11:56am today. No one was injured in either incident and it’s possible the same suspect in both incidents.
A neighborhood notification “Code Red” was sent to residents in the area that Sheriff Personnel are actively searching for the suspect in both Villages at this time. Please do not approach the subject as it is not known if the suspect is armed. If you have any information regarding this subject, please contact the Racine County Communications Center immediately at 886-2300.

SUSPECT IS MALE PARTY, EITHER WHITE OR HISPANIC, LATE TEENS TO EARLY 20’S, APPROX 5’10 AND 175-200 LBS, ROUGH SHAVEN WAS WEARING DARK BLUE BAGGY SHORTS AND A BLUE PABST BASEBALL HAT. IT APPEARS HE MAY HAVE CHANGED HIS
SHIRT IN BETWEEN LOCATIONS. WHILE AT THE ROCHESTER LIBRARY HE WAS WEARING A DARK COLORED TSHIRT AND AT THE WATERFORD LIBRARY HE WAS WEARING A WHITE POLO.
