Racine couple arrested on charges of selling heroin and cocaine

handcuffsHubert H Johnson, 44 of Racine has been charged with two counts of Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (<3g), one count of Possess w/Intent-Heroin (<=3g) and one count of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place. He is being held on $20,000 cash bond . His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 30, 2016

Roseanna Jones, 44 has been charged with three counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (<=1g), one count of Manufacture/Deliver Heroin (<3g), one county of Possess w/Intent-Heroin (<=3g) and one count of Maintain Drug Trafficking Place. She was given a $20,000 cash bond and her preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 30,2016

According to the criminal complaintduring the months of February and March of 2016, the Racine Police Department Special Investigations Unit made controlled purchases from the defendants of cocaine and heroin.

On March 23, 2016 officers with the Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant to his residence in the 1300 block of Terrace Ave. During the search of the residence they found 11 individually packaged baggies that tested positive for heroin and weighed 1.3 grams. There was a digital scale present along with dozens of baggies, and cell phones recovered that contained language consistent with drug sales.
