Ealuster K. Murray, 57 of Racine has been charged with three counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine (1-5g and one count of Possess Drug Paraphernalia. He was given a $50,000 bail after making his initial appearance in Racine Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 18th.
According to the criminal complaint, the Racine Police Department Special Investigations Unit made controlled purchases from the defendant at his home on February 1, 2 and 3rd for crack cocaine. On February 9,2015 the Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant in the 3300 block of Victory Ave. Racine Police recovered two baggies containing 4.3 grams of a white chunky substance which tested positive for cocaine. Police report that drug paraphernalia was also located inside the home.
