According to the criminal complaint, on April 7,2016 an officer on duty with the Racine Police Department observed the defendant who was driving westbound on 6th Street, drive through a temporary stop sign on Racine Street. The defendant consented to a blood draw, which was done by hospital staff and when medically cleared was transported to Racine County Jail, reports state.
