Sex Offender arrested after sexually assaulting victim at book store

victor little Victor N Little 29 of Racine has been charged with
2nd Degree Sexual Assault of Child and Disorderly Conduct. He was given a $15,000 cash bond after appearing in Racine Circuit Courts on Friday afternoon. According to DOC records he is a registered sex offender. He was convicted 10/2006 in Illinois for criminal sexual abuse and has convictions of sexual assault in Wisconsin.

According to the criminal complaint on June 9,2016 Mount Pleasant Police responded to the Barnes & Noble bookstore reference a sexual assault. Upon arrival spoke to the victim who was visibly crying and to her mother. They explained to police they had come to do some shopping when the victim spotted him in another section of the store (determined to be the graphic novel section) The defendant allegedly came into the section where the victim was and she became uncomfortable and quickly left.

The complaint reads that while they were near the front of the store they became alarmed when another woman slapped the defendant, the witness yelled for security and the defendant fled the scene. According to the witness she watched the defendant come up behind the victim put his hands between her legs and began rubbing her. The clothing the victim was wearing the victim may not have felt it the complaint reads.

Officers located the defendant not far from the scene, when questioned by officers had stated that he had been at Barnes & Noble that day but was pick pocketing people and when the witness saw him he was trying to “steal her phone”.
