Reynaldo Alvarez-Rebollar, 28 of Racine, has been charged with Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>40g), Possess w/ Intent-THC(>200-1000g), Maintain Drug Trafficking Place and is being held on $1,000,000 bond according to online circuit court records, and a hold from US Customs & Immigration after making his initial appearance today in circuit court.His adjourned initial appearance on May 22, 2015. Faviel Gonzalez-Sanchez, has also been charged with Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>40g),Possess w/ Intent-THC(>200-1000g), and Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, he was also given a $1,000,000 cash bond and is currently on a hold from US Customs and Immigration. Rodolfo Rebollar, 59 of Racine has been charged with two counts of Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>40g), Possess w/ Intent-THC(>200-1000g), and Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, this suspect also has been given a a $1,000,000 cash bond and is currently on a hold from US Customs and Immigration.
According to the criminal complaint on May 19,2015 Investigators with the Racine Police Department issued a search warrant on the suspects vehicle, while he occupied it. Documents show that police recovered 255.4 grams of cocaine from a bag in his waistband and 2.8 grams from his shirt pocket.
Additional officers responded to their residence in the 3200 block of 20th Street and served an additional search warrant. According to the criminal complaint authorities recovered one bag of cocaine with a weight of 249.4 grams, another plastic baggie containing 332.8 grams of cocaine, 402.5 grams of marijuana, a coffee can that had a total weight of 288.4 grams of cocaine, and and additional 29.7 grams of cocaine located in a plastic bagging in a cup. Officers also recovered .38 caliber handgun, and .numerous US currency through out the house
