windchill advisoryWind Chill Advisory in effect from midnight tonight to noon CST Monday… The National Weather Service in Milwaukee/Sullivan has issued a Wind Chill Advisory…which is in effect from midnight tonight to noon CST Monday.

Wind chill values will fall to 20 below zero around midnight tonight and continue to range between 20 below and 25 below through Sunday and Sunday night into Monday morning.

Minimum wind chill values of 20 below to 25 below tonight through the day Sunday…and 25 below to 30 below Sunday night.

The cold wind chills can cause frostbite to exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Precautionary/preparedness actions… A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If you must venture outdoors…make sure you wear a hat and gloves.
