Woman charged after police find a pound of cocaine in her vehicle


victoria waller Victoria L Waller, 36 of Racine has been charged with Possess w/Intent-Cocaine (>40g), Possession of THC (2nd+ Offense) and Maintain Drug Trafficking Place. She is being held on $10,000 bond and a hold from Wisconsin Department of Correction.

According to the criminal complaint on March 4, 2016 the Racine Police Department executed a search warrant in the 200 block of Mertens Ave. The target of the warrant included the defendant, house and vehicle. Officers with the Racine Police Department conducted a traffic stop with the defendant as the vehicle was turning onto Merterns Ave. The lone occupant of the vehicle was the defendant.

When officers asked if the defendant has anything on her person, she allegedly stated that she “had weed in her bra”. A search was conducted and officers recovered 3.7 grams of marijuana and $1,638.00 in cash. Officers searched the rest of the vehicle, and recovered a shoebox that contained large chunks of an off white substance. The suspected cocaine was tested and weighed. The substance tested positive for cocaine and weighed 455.5 grams (16.2 ounces), the complaint reads.
